The International Indian School, Riyadh (Formerly Embassy of India School, Riyadh) has come of age. It was founded on 9th October, 1982. Twenty Successful years in the age of any educational institution does, in itself, vouch for the perpetual ‘élan vitale’ that has kept it growing from strength to strength. This English medium school, run separately for boys and girls, exists, ‘because of a community requirement’. It sustains itself with the help of the community’. Apart from the high academic standards envisaged by the scheme of studies, an array of co-curricular activities in Elocution, Debate, Declamation, Recitation, Quiz, Essay —writing, Exhibitions, Sports and several other such activities are incorporated in the curricula for the growth of the budding talents and the development of a balanced personality in the pupils.
