1. Parents are beseeched to co-operate with
the school authorities in enforcing regularity and discipline. Parents are
requested to adhere to the rules and regulations of the School as these help
in the smooth running of the Institution.

2. It is compulsory for all children to
attend the School Assembly before the classes commence. Therefore, it is
necessary for parents to see that their children reach the school in time.

3. Parents should also ensure that their
children are escorted back by them immediately after the school. The school
does not accept any responsibility for the students who are left in the school
premises after the school hours, or for those who reach the school before the
school hours.

4. Parents should help the school in the
proper moulding of the personality of the children. They should make it a
point to attend the Parent-teacher meetings and should also see that their
children do their homework regularly.

5. Parents are particularly expected to sign
the reports and the remarks entered in the school calendar and exercise books
of their children.

6. Representations and complaints, if any,
must be addressed to the Chairman M.C. and Principal but not to the teachers.

7. Parents / Guardians or other persons are
not permitted to meet the teachers during the School hours. For urgent
matters, the Vice Principal or Supervisors may be seen during the fixed
timings, or by a prior appointment.

8. In case the parents do not receive the
quarterly fee slip in time they are requested to immediately contact the Class
teacher or Accounts section to avoid payment of late fee or readmission fee.
