SCHOOL FEE AND BUS-FEE

 

1.  ADMISSION FEE: A non-refundable admission of SR 500/- per student is charged at the time of admission.

 

2.  DEVELOPMENT FUND: A non-refundable development fund of SR 200/- per parent is charged at the time of admission.

 

3.  ADMISSION FORM COST: SR 5/- per form is charged as the cost of admission form.

 

4.  ENTRANCE TEST FEE: For the entrance test, a fee of SR 100/- per child is to be paid. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances.

 

5.  TUITION FEE: An amount of SR 180 (for Std. LKG to X) and SR 220 (for Std XI & XII) per student, per month is charged as the tuition fee. The tuition fee is payable on a quarterly basis. Advance payment of full years fees is also accepted. Indian parents having more than 2 children studying in the school are entitled to a concession of 50% for their third child onwards. The school management reserves the right to revise the fee structure at any time.

 

6.  MODE OF PAYMENT: All fees except the cost of admission form has to be paid in the School’s account of the Saudi British Bank. The School office or Accounts Department issues prescribed payment slips for payment of fees. Parents can pay the fees in any Branch of the Saudi British Bank . The following schedule shows the details of fee quarters at the last date of payment of fees.

 

                                           

 

7.   LATE FEE: Late fee at the rate of SR 1 per day per child till the end of that quarter will be charged after the due dates mentioned above. If the due date happens to be a holiday the fee will be collected without late fee penalty on the next working day.

 

8.   If school dues are not cleared within the stipulated period, the name of the pupil will be struck off from the class role on the first day of next quarter. Parents would be then required to pay SR 50/- as readmission fee.

 

9.   LABORATORY FEE: For the students of classes IX to XII, a laboratory fee of SR 100 per student will be charged twice a year. The students joining the school in the second term ( Oct to March) need to pay the laboratory fee only for the second term.

 

10. BUS FEE: Bus facility is provided by the school subject to the vacant seats available in the bus, on an advance payment of bus fee at the rate of SR 110/- per month per student. Bus fee is charged for all the 12 months (SR 260/- per student is charged for the bus facility for out of city routes).

 

11. The following schedule shows the details of the quarterly payment of the school-bus fees:

 

The school management reserves the right to revise any of the fees mentioned above at any time, in view of the local needs and circumstances
