1. As ours is an English medium school, a
student who has been studying through any other medium may not be admitted
unless his/her knowledge of English is found to be quite satisfactory.

2. Admission is open to Indian Citizens
subject to the availability of vacancies in the classes. Admission for
the new
academic year shall ordinarily be granted within one month of the opening of
the
school. The Principal, however, may grant
admission under special circumstances, even after the expiry of this period.
The Principal reserves the right to accept or reject an application for
admission without giving any reason, whatsoever.

3. Application for admission should be made by
the parents on a prescribed form, which can be obtained from the school office
on payment of S.R.5/- each.

4. For
Admission to L.K.G. the child should be 3 + on or before the first day of the
academic year of the school. No child less than 5 years of age will be
admitted to Std I. A corresponding age limit is fixed both for the successive
and preceding classes.

5. For fresh admission to L.K.G., U.K.G.,
Std I and Std II , a Birth Certificate from a competent authority, along with
other documents as required by the school should accompany the admission form.
Pupils coming from other schools should also submit the original Transfer
certificate issued by the previous recognized school along with other
documents as required by the school.

6. Pupils joining the school in the middle
of the quarter will have to pay full fees for that quarter.

7. If a pupil joins the school in the
second quarter, he/she will have to pay full fees for that quarter and the
quarter preceding it. Similarly, if the pupil joins in the third quarter,
he/she will have to pay full fees for that quarter and the quarter preceding
it. The same shall apply to pupils joining the school in the fourth quarters.

8. Notice of withdrawal of the pupil from
the school, anytime, after the admission, must be given in writing by the
parent/guardian at least a week earlier, stating the reason for the
withdrawal.

9. The requisition for Transfer Certificate
(T.C) once submitted cannot be cancelled. SR 100/- per child will be charged
for canceling the requisition.

10. If the last child of the family studying
in the school (Only for Parents having Parent Code = < 6759) is
withdrawn, an amount of SR 500/- (Five Hundred Saudi Riyals Development
Fund) per family will be refunded by Cheque upon submission of the copy of the
T.C. issued by the school to the accounts dept. If the cheque is not collected
within three months from the date of the T.C the amount will be forfeited and
will not be refunded or adjusted in future under any circumstances. If the
parent doesn’t seek the refund of the amount, the fact, may be stated on the
requisition and the amount will not be refunded.

11. A Transfer Certificate is issued only if
all the school - dues have been cleared and the school property taken on loan,
if any , have been restored.

12. In case of withdrawal of a pupil in the
middle of a quarter the fees paid for the quarter will not be refunded.
